3.1 One Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active account on vp555. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information voids your membership and any associated balances.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

3.4 KYC Verification. vp555 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:
Withdrawal requests will be placed in a pending state until KYC is completed. vp555 commits to completing standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation during business hours (WIB, Monday–Friday).
3.5 Account Closure. vp555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to pass KYC verification, or material misrepresentation. In the event of closure due to breach, any Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement-locked balances may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review.

4.4 Own-Name Funds Requirement. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered exclusively in your own legal name, matching your vp555 registration details. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or business accounts are not accepted. vp555 reserves the right to return any deposit received from a mismatched source and to suspend the account pending investigation.
4.5 Withdrawal to Matching Account. Withdrawals will only be dispatched to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, except where vp555 has expressly approved an alternative channel in writing following a KYC review. This policy exists solely to prevent money laundering and protect Members' funds.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on vp555 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vp555 does not currently process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion undertaken by a Member's bank or e-wallet provider prior to deposit is entirely at the Member's cost and risk.
5.1 vp555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Members. The full terms applicable to each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bonus conversion, minimum odds, and expiry period — will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.
5.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on vp555 and constitute material breach of this Agreement:

If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed, any outstanding balances subject to the prohibited activity will be forfeited, and vp555 may report the matter to relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the vp555 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, trade marks, service marks, logos, graphics, user interface designs, text, data feeds, odds compilations, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of vp555 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
8.2 vp555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any platform content without express prior written authorisation from vp555.
8.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to vp555 may be used by vp555 without obligation of compensation or attribution.
Nothing in this clause limits vp555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9.1 The vp555 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vp555 excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10.1 vp555 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference and is available at vp555.cam/privacy-policy.
10.2 By registering on vp555, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications.
10.3 vp555 does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third-party marketers. Data may be shared with regulated KYC verification providers, payment processors, and law enforcement authorities where legally required.
11.1 vp555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
11.2 Your continued use of the vp555 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining real-money balance before the effective date.

12.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vp555 holds its international operating licence.
12.2 Internal Complaints Procedure. In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to vp555's customer support team in writing, providing full details of the matter, the account reference number, relevant transaction IDs, and the remedy sought. vp555 commits to acknowledging all formal written complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days (WIB).
12.3 Where a Member remains dissatisfied following the completion of the internal complaints procedure, the matter may be escalated to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body specified in the Platform's licensing terms. vp555 will provide details of the applicable ADR body upon request.
12.4 The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the governing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure or ADR process.
